Osc Infratech Private Limited is located at A-3 Shri Saibaug Society-2 in Manjalpur. It’s a local spot and we’ve been here for some time now. Our office is part of the society, so it feels more like a community business than a cold corporate office. We handle infrastructure and construction projects, which keeps us pretty busy most days. Manjalpur is a great place to work out of. We aren’t a massive company with hundreds of employees, but we have a dedicated crew that knows what they are doing. Most of our day is spent on site, checking on progress and talking to the workers. When we are back at Shri Saibaug Society, we catch up on the admin stuff and meet with people who need things built. It’s a simple setup. We don't like making things more complicated than they need to be. If you have a question about a project, we just give you a straight answer. Construction has its ups and downs, especially with the weather and material costs changing, but we manage. We’ve built a lot of relationships with people around here over the years.
