Orsang Resort Booking Office

This is where we handle all the bookings for the Orsang Resort. We are located over on R C Dutt Road at T/5. It’s just an office, really, nothing fancy about it. We have desks, some phones, and a lot of paperwork to deal with. People come in to ask about the prices or to see some photos of the resort. We spend a lot of time on the phone explaining how to get there and what to expect when they arrive. It’s not the resort itself, just the place where all the planning and scheduling happens. R C Dutt Road is always busy outside, so there’s a lot of noise from the street coming through the windows. We try to keep things organized, but files sometimes pile up on the desks during the busy season. It’s just a few of us working here in the office. We aren't travel agents, we just look after this one specific place. Sometimes the computer system is slow, which makes things take a bit longer than they should. We just tell people to be patient with us. It’s a very practical setup. We give out brochures and take down names. It’s a lot of sitting and typing. The office isn't very big, so it feels a bit crowded when more than two people walk in at once. We’ve been at the Orsang Resort Booking Office at T/5 for a while now. It’s a convenient spot for people to drop by. We just do the clerical side of things to keep it moving.
