If you head down Padra Road and look for P L Lokhande Marg 8, that’s where you’ll find our setup. We’ve been dealing with appliances for quite a while now. The shop is full of boxes and spare parts. It’s a bit of a mess, but a productive one. We spend our time fixing things that people bring in or sending out new stuff to houses nearby. It’s practical work. No one here is trying to be a big boss. We’re usually in grease-stained shirts because something always needs tinkering with. The fans on the ceiling hum all day long. Padra Road is always noisy, so we have to talk a bit louder to be heard over the trucks. We don’t have a fancy showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a workshop feel. People come in, tell us what’s broken, and we see what we can do. Sometimes we can’t fix it right away because we’re waiting on a part to come from across town. That’s just how it goes. We drink a lot of water because it gets stuffy in the back room. We’ve been at number 8 for years, and the neighbors are all friends of ours. It’s a good spot. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth usually brings people in. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. It's a simple life at Orion, and it keeps us out of trouble.
