Omkat Machinery Repairing

We run Omkat Machinery Repairing out of Shop Number 3 in Building 15, which is located in Hamal Nagar, Gultekadi. We’re also tied into the Gidc Vadsar area. It’s a real working-class spot. The shop is small and smells like oil and metal most of the time. We’ve got tools hanging on the walls and spare parts tucked into every corner we can find. It’s a bit of a squeeze when a big piece of machinery comes in for repair, but we always find a way to make it fit. My clothes usually have a few holes in them from sparks or snags, but that’s just how it goes when you’re fixing engines and gears all day. We don’t have a website or anything like that; we just rely on people knowing we’re here in Gultekadi. Most of the customers are other local shop owners who need their gear back up and running fast. We work long hours sometimes when a job is tough, but we don’t mind. It feels good to see an old machine start humming again after it’s been sitting dead on the floor. We aren’t looking to become some giant company. We just want to keep doing what we know how to do. The tea stall nearby is where we spend our breaks, chatting with the other guys from the estate. It’s a simple life, just grease, tools, and hard work every day.
