Offside Walk

You can find Offside Walk inside the Royal Hotel over in Sampatrao Colony. We are right on Race Course Road in Alkapuri, which is usually a pretty busy part of Vadodara. If you know where Aamantran Restaurant is, we are just across from there. Being part of a hotel means we see a lot of different faces, from people traveling for work to locals just stopping by. It’s a bit of a mix. The name might sound like we’re all about sports, but it’s really just a place to sit down and have a meal without too much fuss. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It's just a small crew of us making sure the kitchen runs okay and people get their food on time. The Alkapuri area stays active, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. Sometimes the lobby gets a bit crowded, but our corner stays fairly steady. We’ve been here for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythms of the street and the hotel guests. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the cooking and making sure there’s a cold drink ready. It’s a simple setup, really. If you’re walking down Race Course Road, you might see us. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent restaurant in a busy city.
