Nitin K Patel

My office is over in Raopura, right there in Vallabh Avenue. If you know where Optic Palace is, I'm just directly opposite that. It's a busy part of town, always people moving around. Being Nitin K Patel, I run things pretty simply. I don't have a big staff or anything, just a desk and my computer. Most of my day is spent on the phone or meeting folks who come by the office. Raopura is a good spot because everyone knows it. I’ve been here for quite some time now. The building is older, but it’s sturdy. I like the view of the street from my window, watching the motorcycles zip past. It’s noisy sometimes, but I’ve gotten used to it. I try to keep things straightforward with everyone. No complicated talk, just telling people how it is. Sometimes the elevator in Vallabh Avenue acts up, so I end up taking the stairs. Keeps me moving, I guess. I’m usually here from morning until the evening. It’s just how I work. The Optic Palace landmark helps people find me without much trouble. I’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go in this avenue, but I’ve managed to stay put. It's just a regular workspace where I handle my daily tasks. No bells or whistles, just me and my work. I keep a stack of newspapers on the side table for visitors. It's a modest setup but it suits me fine.
