We are located in the Gold Crop Apartment on J P Road, right across from the Only Parathas place. Most people use the restaurant as a landmark when they’re coming to see us for the first time. Nishika Estates Pvt Ltd is where we handle various property matters. It’s a small office, nothing too fancy. You’ll usually find one or two of us at the desks while the rest are out looking at sites or meeting people about a lease. Real estate can be a bit of a headache with all the legal bits and the constant phone calls, but we’ve gotten the hang of it over the years. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of employees. We’re just local people who know J P Road and the surrounding streets quite well. Our office is a bit lived-in, with some old furniture and plenty of files stacked up. We think that’s better than those cold, modern offices you see in the city center. When someone walks in, they get a chair and a glass of water. We talk about what they need without using any complicated jargon or sales pitches. Sometimes we’re busy, sometimes it's slow, but we're always here. We just try to be helpful and get the job done right for everyone. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it keeps things honest. Being right here on J P Road means we see the neighborhood change every day. It is home for us and where we plan to stay.
