Nikhil P Joshi

My name is Nikhil P Joshi and I run things from our office on Sant Kabir Road. We are based in the Raigad Complex, specifically on the first floor. It’s a good location because we are right near A S Moters, which most people in this part of town use as a landmark. The stairs up to the first floor are right there. It is not a huge place, but it works for what we do. I’ve been working out of this spot for some time. We aren’t interested in those glass-walled offices you see downtown. This feels more like home. We focus on our daily tasks and making sure everything is in order. You might see me grabbing a tea nearby or just sitting at the desk sorting through files. It is a one-man show mostly, or just a couple of us here. The building is older but sturdy. Sometimes the parking out front on Sant Kabir Road gets a bit tight during the afternoons. That is just how it goes in this area. We try to be straightforward with everyone who comes by. No hidden agendas or fancy talk. Just a regular workplace where we keep things moving. If you need to find us, look for the complex near the motors shop. It’s pretty easy to spot once you are on the right road. We stay busy but always have time for a quick chat if someone drops in. It is just a simple work life.
