NEWGEN HOTELS AND HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED

Our business, Newgen Hotels and Hospitality Private Limited, is located at A-116 in the Omkar Heritage housing society. We are right near Shreejivilla and across from Sayajipura in Vadodara. It’s a residential area, so it’s quite a bit different from working in a downtown office block. We like it this way because it’s a bit more personal and less stiff. We handle hotel and hospitality tasks from our office space here. It’s mostly computers, some printers that jam occasionally, and plenty of notebooks filled with to-do lists. We’ve been in this part of Vadodara for some time now. The neighborhood is friendly, and we often see the same people walking their dogs or going to the market while we’re working. Our team is small, and we don't bother with corporate titles or formal meetings much. We just talk across the room when something needs to be discussed. It’s a practical way to work. We spend our hours coordinating with different people and making sure the hospitality side of our business is ticking along. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the road outside a bit muddy, but that’s just part of living in Gujarat. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. We just come in, do the work, and go home. It’s an honest way to make a living and we’re happy to be doing it here in Omkar Heritage. We keep at it every day.
