Modern India Trading

Our business, Modern India Trading, is based in Vadodara on Rajmahal Road. We are in the Shantibhuvan building, specifically in units 125 and 126. This part of Vadodara has a lot of history, and Rajmahal Road is always full of life. The building we are in is an older one, which gives it a certain character that you don't find in the newer glass buildings. We’ve been operating out of these rooms for a long time now. The office space is divided between the two units, and it’s mostly filled with desks, chairs, and stacks of documents related to our trading activities. It can be a bit noisy with the traffic from the main road, but we’ve mostly stopped noticing it after all these years. We aren't a big corporation, just a local trading business with a handful of people who know the trade well. Most mornings start with sorting through the mail and checking the latest prices. We take our time with things and try to make sure everything is done right. There are some old trees along the road that give a bit of shade, which is nice when you step out for a minute. It’s a very traditional way of working, and we are quite content with how things run here in our corner of Vadodara. We just handle the trades as they come and keep our records as neat as we can.
