Our place is located at 26 Harni Road. It’s a street I’ve known for years, and being here feels right. I’m Dilip, and I handle the daily operations around here along with a couple of others. The building itself is nothing special, just a sturdy spot that gets the job done. We spend a lot of time sitting at the main desk, sorting through things and talking to whoever walks in. Harni Road can get pretty noisy with the bikes and the rain, but we’re used to it. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most well-known business in town. We just want to do our job and go home at the end of the day feeling like we did alright. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, or we run out of tea in the afternoon, but we manage. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. Most of the people who come by are regulars who live in the area. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights. If you look for number 26, you’ll find us. We keep the doors open through the week and just try to stay consistent. Life moves pretty fast out there on the road, but inside here, things are a bit more slow and steady. We just keep our heads down and focus on what’s in front of us. No fancy marketing speeches, just us doing what we do.
