MATSOL CERAMICS PRIVATE LIMITED is up on the seventh floor of Atlantis Heights, which is in the Sarabhai Compound in Vadivadi. Being on the 7th floor gives us a bit of a view of the area, though we’re usually too busy with tiles to look out the window. We spend our time dealing with all sorts of ceramic products. Our office is full of samples, catalogs, and tile boards. If you’ve ever worked in the ceramics business, you know there is always something to track, whether it's a truck coming in or a small order going out. It gets a bit hectic when we have a lot of stuff scheduled at once. We are just a few people who know a lot about tiles and the local market. We don't try to sound like some giant corporation. We’re just here in Vadodara trying to make sure the work gets done and the orders are filled. Sometimes the elevators in the building take a long time, and that’s just a small annoyance we deal with every day. The Sarabhai Compound is a busy hub, so there is always noise and movement around us. We keep things pretty straightforward in the office. No one is putting on a show or acting like they’re more important than the actual work. We just want to make sure the inventory is right and the numbers add up at the end of the day. It's practical stuff that needs a lot of attention to detail here.
