Master Mocktail

We set up Master Mocktail in Piyuraj Chamber A 111, which is in the Tandalja area. It’s basically a small space where we mix up different drinks. We don't have alcohol here, just juices and sodas with different syrups. The counter is where all the action happens, with shakers going and ice being crushed. It can get pretty loud when we’re busy. The room is a bit small, so it feels full even with just a few customers. We have some lights that aren't very bright, giving it a bit of a dim feel. We spend a lot of time cleaning up spills because drinks tend to get everywhere when you're moving fast. Most of our customers are young people looking for something different to drink while they hang out. We aren't trying to be a fancy lounge, just a place to get a cool drink. Sometimes we try out a new mix of fruit juices just to see if it works. If it tastes okay, we tell people about it. The plumbing in this building is a bit old, so we have to be careful with the sink. It’s a simple business, really. We buy the fruit and the soda, and we mix them up for whoever comes to the window. It keeps us busy and we like the crowd that comes through Tandalja. Most nights we stay open late because that's when people are out and about looking for something to sip on.
