We opened up this little place at 4 Sruti Complex on Ajwa Road. Vadodara can get really hot, especially during the summer months, so we thought a place for cold drinks would be okay for the neighborhood. We are right there on the main road, so it's not hard to find us at all. It is a small shop, mostly just us behind the counter blending things up throughout the day. We use whatever fruit is in season and try to keep things cold. It’s not a fancy cafe where you sit for hours, but people like to stop by while they are on their way home or out shopping in the complex. The building is usually busy, and we have a lot of neighbors who run other shops nearby. Sometimes the blender is quite loud, but that’s just how it goes when you’re making these drinks fresh. We didn't really have a big plan when we started, we just liked the idea of a smoothie shop in this part of town. The address is quite straightforward if you are familiar with the Ajwa Road area. We handle everything ourselves, from cleaning the fruit to taking the cash at the register. It gets a bit hectic when a bunch of people show up at once, but we manage to get through it. We aren't trying to change the world, just making sure the drinks are cold and ready for whoever walks in. It is a simple life running a shop like this, and we appreciate the people who come back.
