Our office is located at A-3/4 in the Matruchaya Apartments. We are right near the Navrachna School on New Sama Road in Baroda. It’s a very specific spot that most locals know because of the school. The apartments are older, and our space is simple and functional. We work on the administrative side of things for the hotel. While the hotel itself is a big name, this office is where the real daily grind happens. We’ve got desks piled with schedules and guest lists. The traffic on New Sama Road can be quite something during school hours, so we’ve learned to time our breaks around that. The office inside is nothing special to look at, just white walls and some sturdy furniture. We’ve got a small pantry where we make our own coffee. It’s a quiet team here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away at keyboards. It’s not about the glitz and glamour you might expect; it’s about the logistics. We make sure the rooms are ready and the bookings are confirmed. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of staples, just like any other place. Being in an apartment building makes it feel a bit more private and grounded. We like the neighborhood feel of this area. It keeps us connected to the city while we handle the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running smoothly. There is a small park nearby where we sometimes sit for a few minutes if the day gets too long.
