Manan Residency

Manan Residency is located in the Race Course area. We are situated right behind Rokadnath Society and very near to Lions Hall. It is a good, solid building where we manage things every day. We aren't a big hotel chain or anything like that. It’s just a residency where people live or stay for a while. Being near the Race Course means there is a bit of a breeze sometimes, which is nice. We spend a lot of our time making sure the hallways are clean and the water is running right. Behind Rokadnath Society is a quieter spot than the main road, so it’s not too noisy for the people here. We have a small desk near the entrance where we keep the registers and keys. It’s a very simple setup. We know most of the people who come in and out. Lions Hall is a place everyone knows, so we just tell people to head there and they find us easily. We don't have a lot of fancy signs or lights. We just keep the place going as best as we can. Sometimes there are repairs to be done, like a leaky tap or a flickering bulb, and we handle those ourselves or call a local guy. It’s a straightforward job and we like the routine of it. We have been part of this neighborhood for quite a while now.
