Swami Plast Industries

We operate out of 748/ 2 Makarpura Gidc Estate. Swami Plast Industries has been here for a while now. If you know the Gidc area, you know it is mostly warehouses and factories like ours. We deal with plastics and everything that goes into making those products. It is a lot of molding and watching the machines. The smell of plastic is something you just get used to after the first week. We are not a huge corporation, just a local setup where we know each other's names. Most of our days are spent checking the quality of what comes off the line and making sure the raw materials are stocked up. It can be repetitive, sure, but it is what we do. The estate is always buzzing with activity, trucks coming in and out at all hours. We try to keep our corner of the 748/ 2 plot organized, though it gets a bit cluttered when we have a lot of stock. There is no big secret to how we work; we just follow the orders and keep the machines maintained. It is practical work for practical people. We have seen other businesses come and go in Makarpura, but we have managed to stay steady. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily output. It is a lot of noise and hard work, but we like having our own place here in the industrial estate.
