Sharda Industries

Sharda Industries is located at Plot No. 78-2-2 in the Gidc Estate. It’s a straightforward industrial unit. We don’t spend much time worrying about the décor or how the front office looks to visitors. Most of our focus is on what’s happening on the floor. The plot is a decent size, and we’ve set it up so that we can move materials in and out without getting stuck. Gidc can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but once you find our section, it’s pretty easy to spot us. The sounds of the estate are always in the background—clanking metal, engines revving, and the occasional whistle from a neighbor’s factory. We’ve had this spot for a while, and it has served us well. The roof leaks a little when the monsoon is particularly heavy, but we’ve learned where to put the buckets. It’s just a part of life here. We have a small group of workers who show up early and stay until the job is done. There is no corporate ladder here, just people doing their jobs. We deal with whatever work comes our way and try to keep things moving. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It’s a basic, honest way to make a living, and we’re happy to be part of the local industry.
