Rsa Instruments Pvt. Ltd. is situated on Plot No. 78-2-18, right along the Vadsar Main Road in the Gidc Industrial Estate. Being on the main road means we see a lot of traffic passing by all day long. It gets noisy with the trucks and the buses, but it makes it easy for people to find us. Our work involves instruments, so there is a lot of measuring and checking going on inside. We have some heavy equipment, but also a lot of precise tools that require a steady hand. The building itself is fairly standard for Gidc—functional and sturdy. We don’t have any big signs or flashing lights. If you walk inside, you’ll see the main work area first, with desks pushed against the walls and tools scattered around where they were last used. We try to keep things clean, but in an industrial area like Vadsar, there is always a bit of grime. Our staff has been here for years, and we all know our way around the plot. It’s a small place compared to some of the massive plants nearby, but we handle our own workload without needing much help. Usually, the morning starts with a quick tea and then we get straight to the instruments. There isn’t much time for standing around talking. It’s just a place where we come to work and then go home when the sun goes down.
