At R. S. Instrumentation And Services, we spend most of our time at Plot No. 938 in the Gidc Ind. Estate. It's one of those spots that’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for the number on the gate. We've been here for a good while, and the place has a bit of character to it now. It's not a polished corporate office by any means, just a practical workspace where we can get things done. The Gidc Ind. Estate is always humming with activity, and our plot is right in the middle of it all. We have a few desks and a lot of equipment scattered around, which is how we like it. It shows we're actually working. People come and go throughout the day, and there's usually a pot of tea going somewhere in the back. We don't have a lot of formal meetings. Most of our planning happens while we're standing around the workspace at Plot 938. The lighting isn't always the best in certain corners, but we know where everything is. It's a bit of a lived-in space, which makes it feel more comfortable for the staff. We don't really do much in the way of advertising or anything; we just focus on the jobs that come through the door. Being at this address in the estate works well for us.
