Friends Industry

Friends Industry is located at Plot No. 158 in the Gidc Ind. Estate. It’s a decent-sized plot, and we’ve made the most of the space over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in the estate, just one that does its part. The work we do is steady, and most of the people working here have been friends or neighbors for a long time. That’s probably why the name fits. We don't have a big corporate HR department or anything like that. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out over a cup of tea near the front entrance. Plot No. 158 has seen a lot of different projects come through the doors. The floors are worn down in the spots where the heavy machines sit, which shows how much we’ve been working. The Gidc Ind. Estate area can be a bit chaotic with all the trucks and the narrow roads, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. We keep our tools on the wall and the spare parts in the bins at the back. It’s not a showpiece, but it’s a real workshop where people put in their hours and go home. We don't bother with fancy brochures or expensive signs. We just have our name on the gate and a phone that rings more often than we expect. It’s just a normal day here, every day, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
