Amit Industries

We've been at Plot No 989/9/2 in the Gidc Estate here in Makarpura for quite a while now. Amit Industries is basically just a small setup where we get our daily work done. It’s a busy area, lots of trucks coming in and out of the estate, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. Most mornings start early, usually before the heat really kicks in. The workshop floor stays pretty cluttered because there’s always something halfway finished sitting around. We don't really have a fancy office or anything like that. Just the main space where the machines are. It gets dusty, and sometimes the power acts up, but that’s just how it is in this part of Makarpura. People usually find us by looking for the gate near the corner of the lane. We don't spend much time on the computer or writing things down unless we have to. Most of what we do is just hands-on stuff. When the day ends, we just lock up the shutters and head home. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. Nothing too complicated about it. We’ve known the neighbors for years, and we all kind of look out for each other in this block. If someone needs a tool or some help moving something heavy, they just walk over. That’s how things work at Amit Industries. We just keep our heads down and handle the tasks as they come. We're just here doing our bit every day.
