Madhu Machines and Systems Pvt Ltd is located over at A 4/5 in Vadodra Central. We are specifically on 8th Main Road, near the 14th Cross by the Lakhsandra Exchange. It is a busy intersection and there is always something going on outside our gates. Inside, it is a different story. We have rows of machines and a lot of technical manuals lying around. Most of us here have spent our lives working with mechanical systems. We deal with a lot of spare parts and industrial equipment that most people wouldn't even recognize. The office is right next to the workshop, so you can always hear the sound of testing going on. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we are used to it. We don't have a big corporate structure. If something needs doing, the nearest person just picks up a wrench and does it. We spend a lot of time on the floor checking tolerances and making sure things are bolted down right. The traffic around the Lakhsandra Exchange can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap things up before the rush starts. We are just a group of people who know how machines work. We don't try to be anything else. It is a steady job and we have been doing it in this same spot for quite some time now.
