Our small operation, Low Loss Products, is tucked away in Manjaipur. To find us, you have to go to the 8th Cross in Phase IV. We are at number 103. It is not on a main road, so it is a bit quieter here than in other parts of the city. We focus on making and selling items that are meant to last. The name is a bit technical, but the work is very hands-on. We spend most of our days at the workbench. The tools are well-worn and have been with us for years. The walls are mostly bare, except for a few calendars and some notes pinned up. We don't get a lot of random walk-in traffic because of where we are located. Most of the people who come here are regulars or people who were told about us by someone else. It feels more like a workshop than a store. There’s a faint smell of metal and oil in the air most of the time. We have a small tea kettle in the back for breaks. In the rainy season, the sound of the rain on the roof is very loud. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It’s a steady rhythm. We don't have any big slogans or flashy displays. Just a sturdy door and a desk where we handle the orders. It’s a simple life at 103 and we like it that way.
