Laxmi Machine Tools

We’ve been here at Gidc, 605/10 for quite a while now. If you know the area, we are right opposite VCEL on Asoj D K Street. It gets pretty dusty out here during the summer months, but that is just part of being in an industrial zone. The workshop is usually humming with the sound of the machines from early morning until late evening. Most days, I am just busy looking over the orders and making sure everything is running the way it should. It isn't a fancy setup by any means. We have our tools, our benches, and the grease that seems to get on everything no matter how much we clean. People stop by because they know where to find us. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It's not a big corporate office with air conditioning. It is just a place where we get the work done. My father started things like this and I just kept it going. We know the neighbors around here well. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually take our breaks. It’s a simple life. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just handle the machine tool work as it comes in. The address is easy to find once you get into GIDC. Just look for the sign near the main road. It's been our home for years.
