Larilappa Colddrink Corner

Our little spot, Larilappa Colddrink Corner, is at Plot No. 115 in the Padmavati Shopping Centre. We are right in the Laheripura area, which is always full of life. If you look across from us, you’ll see the Nyay Mandir Fountain. It’s a great view to have while we work. The shopping center gets very crowded on the weekends, but even on weekdays, there’s a steady stream of people walking past our stall. We keep the drinks cold and the counter clean. It’s a small space, so we have to stay organized, or we’d be tripping over each other. The fountain across the way is a good landmark for people trying to find us. It’s hot work sometimes, standing here all day, but we enjoy the bustle of Laheripura. You see all sorts of people passing through the shopping center. We don't have any big corporate mission; we just want to make sure the bottles are cold and the customers get what they asked for. The noise of the traffic and the people talking is just part of the background of our lives here. We’ve been at this plot for a while and have become a small part of the local scenery. Sometimes we stand out front just to catch a breeze when things aren't too busy. It’s a simple business, but it keeps us connected to the neighborhood. There’s always someone stopping by for a quick chat or a cold drink to beat the heat.
