Kravy Developers Private Limited is based out of Siddhivinayak Plaza, specifically in unit B 501. We are near Green Field-4 on the Vasna Bhayli Road in Vadodara. This part of the city has been growing so fast lately, and we’ve been right here in the middle of it. Our office is a place where we handle the planning and development side of the business. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for the team to sit down and get through the mountain of paperwork that comes with developing land. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites making sure things are moving as they should. The traffic on Vasna Bhayli Road can get a bit much during rush hour, but it’s a good location for us. We aren't the type to put up big shiny billboards with our faces on them. We just prefer to let the buildings speak for themselves. Most of our day is spent dealing with the practical realities of construction and permits. It’s a lot of work and sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late or the weather not cooperating, but we just deal with it and move on. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and we like the community around here. It’s a simple operation, and we like keeping it that way without any corporate fluff or empty words.
