KOHSA INFRAESTATE LLP is tucked away in the Suvarnpuri Society in Alkapuri, Vadodara. Our office is at number 63, specifically on the ground floor of Yogin Flat. It’s a convenient spot on Jetalpur Road. We’ve been operating from here for some time. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just pop in without much trouble. We aren’t a big, flashy corporation with a lot of polished talk. We’re just a small team trying to handle local infrastructure and real estate tasks. The neighborhood is fairly busy, but we like the energy of Alkapuri. Inside the office, things are pretty basic. We have our files, our computers, and usually some tea going. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or trying to impress people with big words. We just want to finish the work we started and make sure things are done right. It’s practical work and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening. Most of our days are spent talking to contractors or sorting out documents. We’ve lived and worked in Vadodara for years, so we know how things go around here. We don't have a marketing team to write a grand story about us. It’s just us in the flat on Jetalpur Road, doing what we do. We like the local vibe and wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s steady and it's honest work for us.
