K&M CONTRACT LLP

You can find us in Office No 207 at the Abhinav Complex, which is part of the Kamalkunj Society in Nizampura, Vadodara. It’s a typical Baroda neighborhood, fairly busy but also has that local feel to it. K&M Contract LLP has been operating out of this office for a while. It’s up on the second floor, so we get a bit of a view of the street below. The stairs are a bit steep, but we’re used to it. Inside, the space is pretty much what you’d expect for a contracting firm. Lots of ledgers, pens that always seem to go missing, and a big table for meetings. We don't have any fancy decor or modern art on the walls. Mostly just calendars and some project schedules taped up. Nizampura is a good area to be in, close to a lot of our project sites. We spend our hours talking to vendors and making sure the labor is showing up on time. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit and we just wait it out or work by the window light. It’s a very grounded way of working. No one here uses big corporate buzzwords. We just talk about what needs to be built and how much it’s going to cost. It’s a practical, everyday grind that we’ve grown to enjoy. If you come by, we’ll probably be busy with some paperwork, but we always have time for a quick hello and a cup of water.
