Kalpak Trades

We run Kalpak Trades over near the Mithakhali railway crossing road. It’s a very specific spot, just behind the Natraj Cinema in the Kumetha area. If you know the city, you know that the crossing can be a real headache when the trains are going through, so we always hear the sirens and the engines. Our office is right in the thick of that activity. We spend our time dealing with various trades, which mostly involves a lot of phone calls and keeping track of different orders. The building we are in is one of the older ones, so it has a bit of character to it, even if the stairs are a little narrow. We’ve been here long enough that the sounds of the traffic don't even bother us anymore. It’s just part of the background of our workday. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure everything moves along as it should. Some days are quite hectic with people coming in and out, and other days it’s just us sitting around the desks getting through the paperwork. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just basic trading and keeping the business going. It’s a practical way to earn a living, and we like being in this part of town.
