Kalp Hobby Classes

Kalp Hobby Classes is located at 302 Akota Janta Vasahat. This isn't a regular school or a tutoring center. Instead, we focus on hobbies and being creative. We have a small space where we do things like drawing, painting, and different types of craft work. It’s often a bit messy with bits of paper, pencil shavings, and paint bottles everywhere, but that’s just part of the process. People from the Akota area come here in the afternoons to spend some time making things. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. We don't have a strict curriculum or anything like that. We just help people work on whatever project they’ve started. We have some basic art supplies kept in old cupboards that anyone can use. The lighting in the room is good during the day, which helps with the drawing. We started this because we wanted a place in the Vasahat where people could just enjoy themselves and learn a new skill. We don't have a big team, it's just a couple of us who enjoy art. We don't have any glossy posters or a website. Most people find out about us by walking past and seeing the art projects drying near the window. It’s a simple, honest little place where you can come and be a bit creative without any pressure or fancy expectations. If you want to learn something new, you just show up at 302.
