Kainthola Seema J

I’m Seema Kainthola and I work out of the Polo View Building. We are on the fourth floor, room 403, right on Palace Road. It is a great spot because we are directly opposite the Polo Ground. You get a nice view of the trees and the open space, which is rare in this city. I’ve been here for a while now. The building is one of those older ones with high ceilings and heavy doors. It’s got a bit of character to it. My day usually starts with climbing those stairs, which keeps me fit I suppose. I don't have a huge team, just a couple of people who have been with me for years. We handle our tasks quietly and try not to make too much noise for the neighbors. It’s a professional environment but it feels more like a home because we’ve been here so long. We don't do much in terms of shouting about ourselves or putting up posters. People just find us because they know the quality of what we do. Sometimes it gets a bit windy up here on the fourth floor, but it’s better than being down on the noisy street level. I like the routine of coming in, making some coffee, and getting through the pile of work on my desk. It’s steady and it’s honest, and that’s enough for me. I don't see any reason to move to a newer building.
