K V Infra Ventures Private Limited is based out in Savli, specifically in the Antavalu Faliyuat area of Manjusar. It’s a bit away from the main city buzz, which actually works out well for us. We do a lot of infra-related work, which means we’re usually dealing with big equipment and lots of materials. Our setup is pretty simple. We have our main office area where we handle the billing and the planning, but most of the action happens outdoors. We’re local people, and we hire local people whenever we can. It’s a tough business. You have to deal with regulations, shifting costs of steel and cement, and trying to find reliable workers. We don't always get it perfect. Sometimes a project takes longer than we thought, or we run into a problem we didn't see coming. But we don't hide from that. We just show up the next day and try to fix it. We’ve been in the Savli area for some time, and people around Manjusar know who we are. We aren't the type to spend money on big billboards or fancy websites. We’d rather spend that on getting better tools or keeping our trucks running. It’s just a regular business run by regular people who know how to work hard. We just keep moving forward one day at a time and try to stay busy.
