Jyoti Impex House

Jyoti Impex House is situated at Gf/10 in the Ruby Apartment building. We are right opposite the Navjivan Bus Stop on Ajwa Road in Vadodara. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for us to move goods in and out without much trouble. The bus stop is a major landmark, so people always know where we are located. It’s a busy road with a lot of traffic and people moving about. Our office isn't very large, it’s basically a converted apartment space where we manage our import and export activities. You’ll see lots of ledgers and samples scattered around the place. We spend a lot of time talking to customs agents and transport companies. It’s a lot of coordination work. Vadodara is a good place for this kind of business because the connections are decent. We don’t really have a corporate hierarchy here. We all just chip in and do whatever needs to be done, whether it’s answering the phone or checking a shipment. Sometimes things get delayed at the port and we have to deal with the stress of that, but that is part of the job. We try to be honest with our clients about how long things will take. We’ve been at Ajwa Road for several years now and have a good routine down. It’s just a regular local business trying to do things right every day.
