Alpha Dollar Shop

We are located at 19 Near Dipika Garden in the Karelibaug area. It’s a nice enough spot because the garden is right there, so you get some fresh air even when it’s hot outside. The shop itself is called Alpha Dollar Shop, and basically, we just sell all those little things you realize you’re missing when you are at home. I spend a lot of my time just unpacking boxes and making sure the items are priced right for the people who live around here. It’s a lot of plastic goods, kitchen stuff, and toys for kids that don't cost much. My hands usually get a bit dirty from the cardboard boxes, but I don't mind it too much. People from the neighborhood stop in after walking in the garden. Sometimes they just want to chat for a bit while they look at the shelves. I try to keep the aisles clear, but it’s a small space and we have a lot of stuff packed in here. Every morning I sweep the front step because the wind blows leaves and dust in from the street. It’s nothing special, just a local shop where you can find a spare bucket or a pack of pens without having to drive to a big mall. I’ve lived around here for years, so I know most of the faces that come in. It’s a quiet way to make a living, just keeping track of the inventory and making sure the regulars find what they need.
