You can find us over at Vicenza Merigold, which is tucked away near that Matrix Duplex area in Kalali. Jrnc Construction (Opc) Private Limited is a pretty small operation, which is why we’re listed as an OPC. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day stuff involved with building and construction work around here. We don't have a massive crew or a giant glass building. Our space is more about getting the planning done and making sure we stay on top of the projects we take on. Kalali has changed a lot lately with all the new houses and developments popping up everywhere. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the job at hand without overcomplicating things. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to suppliers and checking on site progress to make sure things haven't stalled. It’s quiet enough in this part of town, which helps when you need to concentrate on technical drawings or looking over contracts. We aren't really the type to use big words or fancy slogans. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything is solid. If you happen to be near the Merigold area, that's where our base is. We spend a lot of time out of the office anyway, as that’s where the real work happens. It's just a regular local business trying to do things right one step at a time, keeping it simple.
