You’ll find us at number 23 in the Arpan Complex on Channi Road. It’s a familiar spot for many people in this part of town. We’ve been here for a good number of years. Our office is where we handle all the import and export details. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for our desks and the documents we need to keep track of. Channi Road can get quite noisy with all the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it. We have a small group of people working here. Everyone knows their job and we just get on with it. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive office chairs. We’d rather focus on making sure the goods get where they are supposed to go. Sometimes we are here late into the evening if a shipment is coming in. We handle everything from the initial orders to the final logistics. It’s a lot of coordination. We’ve built some steady relationships over the years just by being consistent. We don’t make big promises we can't keep. If there’s a problem with a delivery, we just call the client and explain what’s happening. People seem to appreciate that. It’s just a normal business run by normal people who know the trade well and keep things moving every day without much fuss.
