Our agency is located at 29/10 on Ranoli Ashram Road, inside the Vaikunth Complex. We are quite close to the Minal petrol pump, so there is always a lot of movement around us. The office itself is not very large, but we have managed to fit everything we need inside. We spend most of our hours tracking orders and talking to people who come in for their supplies. It is a lot of manual entry and keeping track of who needs what. The Vaikunth Complex is an older building, and you can see the wear on the stairs and the walls. We don't mind it much because it feels like home now. There is a small window that looks out toward the road, but mostly we just see the cars lined up for petrol. Sometimes the tea man comes by with a kettle and we take a quick break. It is a very normal, local way of doing business. We don't use any fancy software or have big meetings. We just talk to the customers, write down the details, and make sure the goods are moving. The Ashram Road area can get quite crowded during the peak hours, making it a bit of a challenge to get deliveries in or out. But we have been doing this long enough to know the timing. It’s just us, the desk, and the daily work.
