I’ve been over here at F-125 in the Kamdhenu Estate for a while now. Most people know the spot because it's right in the Phoenix Complex, just a short walk from Suraj Plaza on Solapur Road. It gets pretty busy around here with all the traffic coming off the main road, but we like the energy of Sayajigunj. My name is Jahangir G Shaikh, and this is where I spend most of my days. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a practical space where things get done. Sometimes the lift in the complex acts up, so people just take the stairs. Being near the plaza means there is always someone passing by or stopping in to ask a question. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most of the people who come here found us because they live nearby or someone told them where we are. Solapur Road has changed a lot over the years, with new buildings popping up everywhere, but we stay right here in the same spot. It’s a good location for us because it’s easy to find once you know the landmark. If you are coming from the city side, just look for the Phoenix sign. It’s just me and a couple of others keeping things moving. We handle what comes our way and try to keep it simple. No need for complicated talk or big promises, just daily work in Sayajigunj.
