Jadav Vipul Ratilal

I’m over at D/140 in the Industrial Estate, right on the Kammanahalli Main Road. It’s pretty easy to find because we are quite close to Gordhanbhai Park. My name is Jadav Vipul Ratilal and this is where I do my work. Being in an industrial estate means it’s always a bit noisy and there are lots of trucks moving around. I don't mind it though. It feels like things are actually happening here. My workshop isn't very large, but it has everything I need to get through the day. I’ve been at this location for a good while now. Most of the other guys in the nearby units know me. We sometimes share tools or help each other out when someone is short-handed. It’s a hard-working atmosphere. I don’t have an office with air conditioning or fancy chairs. I usually have grease on my hands by ten in the morning. That’s just the nature of the job. People come to me because they know I’ll tell them the truth about a job and won’t charge them for things they don't need. I don't bother with fancy advertisements. The sign on my door is a bit faded, but people still find their way here. Gordhanbhai Park is a good landmark for people who aren't from around here. It’s a busy life, but I like being my own boss and working with my hands. Every day is a bit different depending on what comes through the door.
