Hotel Dash Continental

We are situated right near the Police Chowky in Karelibaug. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always something happening outside our doors. The hotel isn't one of those massive glass buildings you see in the movies. It’s a practical place for people who need a room for the night or a few days while they are traveling. We handle the check-ins, make sure the linens are clean, and try to keep the lobby tidy. It gets noisy with the traffic sometimes, but that’s just the reality of being in this location. The staff here has been around for a bit, and we mostly just try to be helpful when someone asks for directions or needs an extra towel. We don't do big fancy galas or anything. People come here because they need a spot to sleep that’s close to the main roads. Sometimes the elevator is a bit slow, or we have to wait on the plumber, but we deal with those things as they come up. We keep the keys behind the desk and try to remember the faces of our regular guests. It’s a straightforward business. We provide a bed and a roof, and we stay on top of the cleaning. Karelibaug is a good area to be in because everything is within walking distance. We just go about our day, checking people in and out, and making sure the building stays in good shape for whoever arrives next.
