Hiya Estate

Hiya Estate is based on the ground floor of the Race Course Tower, specifically at number 21. We are located right near Pashabhai Park, which is a nice landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just wander in off the street when they see our sign. We handle all sorts of real estate matters, from finding a small shop for a new business to helping a family find their first home. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of property files. We spend a good chunk of our day on the phone or out visiting different sites to make sure everything is in order. It’s a lot of legwork, but it’s what we know. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. The Race Course area is a busy part of town, so there is always something happening. We try to keep our ears to the ground so we know when a new place is about to become available. It’s mostly about being consistent and showing up every day to do the work.
