Our place is right there near the Kajiwad Masjid on Station Road. It's the 2nd Cross in Govind Raj Nagar, over in Asoj. It’s a busy little area and we have been around for a long time now. The building is older and you can hear the noise from the station nearby throughout the day. It’s not a quiet place at all. Most of the people around here know us by name because we’ve been sitting in this same spot for years. The shop isn't very large and we have things stacked up quite high to make use of the space we have. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few people come in at once, but we manage. We don’t really do any big advertising or anything fancy. People just walk in while they are out doing their regular errands near the masjid. My father and I spend most of our time here, just handling whatever comes up during the day. The fan in the corner makes a bit of a clicking sound but it keeps us cool enough when the sun is out. It's just a regular local business where we know the neighbors and the people walking past the front door every morning. There’s always some tea being shared and a lot of talking going on while we work. It’s a simple way of doing things and it works for us. We don't need much more than this little corner.
