Vadodara is a good city, and this specific neighborhood has its own rhythm. The 10th Cross street is mostly residential with a few businesses like ours mixed in. It isn't a flashy office with a glass front; it’s just a solid, practical building. We like the fact that we aren't right in the middle of the loudest traffic. Most of our work happens inside these walls. We have our routines and we stick to them. Being Ghanshyamgiri J Gosai, we are well-known to the people who live nearby on 3rd Main. We don't put on airs or pretend to be some giant company. We are just local people working in a space that fits our needs. The walk down to the end of the cross is something we do every morning. Kailash Bhavan feels like a stable part of the area. We just focus on getting through the day's tasks without any unnecessary drama. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We are comfortable here and plan to stay for the foreseeable future. The building has a bit of age to it, but it stays cool enough in the summer and gives us the space we need.
