Floret Buildcon (Opc) Private Limited

Our little office for Floret Buildcon is tucked away on Vasna Road in Vadodara. We are right above the ICICI Bank in the Srinidhi Gallery building. It is actually a pretty convenient spot because we can just pop downstairs if we need to sort out any banking stuff. The office is in unit B4. It is not a huge space, but it is enough for the four of us and all the files we seem to collect. Vadodara gets really hot in the summer, so our AC is usually running full blast from nine in the morning. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and trying to figure out why the sand delivery is late again. That seems to be half the job, honestly. Just chasing people up and making sure the work does not stop. We do not have any fancy brochures or a PR person. If someone wants to talk to us, they usually just walk in or give us a ring on the landline. We have lived in this city our whole lives, so we know the local neighborhoods pretty well. It helps when you are trying to build something that fits into the street. Most evenings, we are the last ones to leave the building, long after the bank downstairs has closed up for the day. It is just the way it is when you are running your own thing. We are just trying to do a solid job.
