Id Impex

Id Impex is based out of the Saffron Complex in Fatehgunj. If you’ve been through this part of town, you probably know the building. It’s a decent place, pretty central for us to get things moved around. We’ve been operating here for a while, mostly focusing on trade stuff. It’s a mix of local and some further away business. The office is usually stacked with samples and documents because there’s always something new coming in. We don’t really go for anything flashy here. It’s just a workspace where we can sit down and get the logistics sorted out. Fatehgunj is a lively area, so there’s usually plenty of places to grab a quick tea or some lunch when we get a break. Sometimes the elevator in the complex acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. It keeps us fit, I guess. We have a few people working here, mostly just handling the day-to-day emails and phone calls. Logistics can be a headache when things don't arrive on time, but we just keep at it until it's fixed. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks as long as the work is getting done right. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out. Nothing more to it than that, really. We keep things moving as best as we can every day.
