Enpay Transformer Components India Pvt. Ltd.

We operate out of Plot No 112 in the Alindra area of Manjusar Savli. Being in the GIDC industrial estate means we are surrounded by other factories and big warehouses. Enpay Transformer Components India is the name on the gate. We make parts that go into transformers. It’s a large building with a lot of heavy machinery that runs all day. The floor is marked with yellow lines so people know where to walk safely between the machines. It gets pretty loud when all the machines are running at once, which is most of the time. We have a crew that comes in early and stays until the evening shift takes over. It’s a lot of metal and insulation work. We aren't trying to be a fancy corporate headquarters; this is a manufacturing site through and through. There are crates stacked up near the loading dock waiting for the trucks to pick them up for delivery. Sometimes the schedules get a bit messy, but we figure it out eventually. The office part is just a small section near the front door with a few computers and a lot of logbooks. We drink a lot of tea to keep going during the long shifts. It’s industrial and busy, but it’s what we know. We’ve been part of this estate for a while now and the routine stays pretty much the same. We just focus on the components and getting them out of the door on time for our customers who need them.
