Dharnidhar Reality

We have our office set up in the Akota P H 2 Industrial Area. Dharnidhar Reality isn't based in a fancy glass tower; we are right there among the warehouses and small factories. It’s a practical place to be because a lot of what we do involves land and industrial spaces anyway. The area is usually humming with the sound of trucks and machinery, which is just the backdrop to our workday. We spend a lot of time looking at maps, checking out plots, and dealing with the mountain of paperwork that comes with real estate. It’s not always the most exciting job, and there’s a lot of waiting around for approvals or for people to show up for meetings. The office itself is pretty basic, just some desks, some filing cabinets, and a kettle for tea. We don't have a mission statement or any of that corporate talk. We just know the Akota area really well and try to help people find the space they need for their own businesses. Sometimes the dust from the industrial road gets into the office, but that’s just how it is around here. People come to us because they know we are actually on the ground in this part of town. We’ve seen the industrial area grow and change, and we just keep tracking the properties and talking to the owners. It keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
