Dhanesa Engicon Private Limited is over in Vadodara. Our office is J/334 in Siddharth Elegance. We are located right by the Volkswagen showroom and near the Rose Garden on Old Chhani Road. It’s a nice part of the city to work in. The Rose Garden is a great landmark, and sometimes we walk through it during our lunch break just to clear our heads. We do engineering and construction work, which keeps our small team quite busy. The office isn't very large, but it’s organized with all our tools and blueprints. Vadodara has a different vibe than other cities in Gujarat; it feels a bit more relaxed. We try to bring that same feeling into our work environment. We don't have a lot of strict rules about how people should act or dress, as long as the work gets done correctly. Most of our day is spent looking at site reports and making sure our engineering calculations are solid. We often have the windows open to let in some fresh air, though the sound of the cars on Chhani Road can be a bit loud. We don't use any fancy sales talk or try to impress people with big words. We just show them our plans and explain how we are going to build things. It’s a very direct way of working. We enjoy being in this part of town and getting to know the other business owners.
