Devendra S Joshi

My office is located at C 3 along Gotri Road, specifically within the Satnam Industrial Estate. It’s tucked back in Vrajangan Park, right behind the Yash Complex. It might be a little tricky to find the first time if you’re not used to the industrial area, but it’s a good, solid place to work from. I’ve been operating here for quite a few years now. My name is Devendra Joshi and I handle different kinds of office work from this spot. It’s an industrial estate, so there’s always a bit of noise from the nearby units and trucks moving in and out, but that’s the nature of being in a productive zone. My space isn't decorated with anything fancy. It’s mostly just desks, a lot of files, and a computer that’s seen better days. I prefer it this way because I’m here to work, not to impress anyone with decor. Most of my clients are regulars who have been coming to me for a long time. They know where to find me and they know I’ll give them a straight answer. I don't really do the whole corporate thing with slick presentations. I just sit down with whoever comes in and we figure things out together. The neighborhood has grown a lot since I first moved in, with more complexes and shops popping up around Yash Complex, but this little corner of the industrial estate stays pretty much the same. It's practical and it works for me. It's just how things go around here.
